January 25 Total War: Pharaoh will receive an addition to High Tide with two new fractions
Sega Europe Limited and The Creative Assembly today announced the High Tide update for Total War: Pharaoh. Presenting the ferocious culture of the peoples of the sea, this package welcomes two new game factions along with their mysterious leaders. Thanks to the new campaign mechanics, the units that can be commanded, and the gods who can be worshiped, are you ready to put civilization on your knees?
“The peoples of the sea” are the warring hordes of nomads who float along the Mediterranean Sea to use the chaos of the collapse of the Bronze Age. When the ancient Empires of Egypt, Canaan and Hittites plunged into a total war, they arrive on their restless shores to fight, destroy and conquer everything they see. As an Horde faction, the peoples of the sea should remain on the path of war in order to survive, and only through constant conquests can you withstand the hordes of Sherden and Digeste and go out winners.
Shereden
Head the whalest horde in the role of Iolai, a young and decisive researcher who has only one goal; lead your detachment to where the sun rises, destroying and sacrificing everything in its path as a tribute to the gods.
Shereden is a nomadic, rapidly developing horde, which relies on constant conquest for survival. Use the new “military trophies” mechanics to demolish cities and receive additional resources, build Nurag camps to strengthen your armies during the campaign, and use the new “Highness” resource to establish your dominance over other tribes of the sea peoples and absorb them in your Horde.
Sadness
Play the Valvet, the clumsy patriarch, heading the second fraction, smel. Having set off to the sea after the destruction of their empire, the diapers are looking for a new house and, if necessary, they will build it on the ruins of the ancient world.
Sadeset is a hybrid horde of nomads and sedentary inhabitants, which can both break down the camp and take cities on the campaign map. The trophies of war and glory will become your friends when you accept a unique task: to find a balance between the need to stay on the war trail in order to survive, and the need to settle, creating the basics for the new empire, the Sades, which will be pierced in the stove of the bronze age stove.
