Warframe will begin the deployment of cross -conservation with the December update “whisper in the walls”
Today, during the 175th monthly broadcast of developers broadcast via Twitch, Digital Extreme introduced a new gameplay and the details of the upcoming cinematic quest Warframe “whisper in the walls”.
The update of the same name will be released in December (the exact date will be announced to The Game Awards) and add a new enemy faction, a class of weapons from the book of Grimoir, the player’s center, sets of environmental locations, the allies syndicate, an updated system of heavy attacks and of course a new cinema quest.
The meaning of the narrative is that the players will finally receive the answers that they longed from the very beginning of Warframe. They will have to be under the crossfire between the entrati and the mysterious creature known only as a “person in the wall”. In this quest, players will also face a completely new type of enemies – a murmur.
Thanks to the recently added grimoire (additional weapons), the tennos will own the power of the abyss, tearing enemies with terrible spells. The Grimoer will become more powerful as the players will open new pages along the plot line “whisper in the walls”. As for the content, two types of missions (alchemy and non -paraletka) were added, and the type of mission “Murder” was updated by the new mechanics. The new environment has significant visual improvements.
In the new Hab-zone called St. Petersburg, new friendly faces will appear, such as Loea, who has been in a cryo-one for many years. After the completion of the cinematic quest, a new Tenkai force will be available: a free random heavy attack of near -battle, which does not drop the Combo counter.
Players can unlock the 55th Warframe, Korvets. This recently discovered hollow Entrati project is equipped with destructive wall traps and columns of a thermonuclear reactor.
The update also marks the beginning of public implementation of cross -preservation. It will not be available to everyone at once, because Digital Extreme wants to avoid too much load on the system from the very beginning. However, it seems that everyone will receive cross -conservation until the end of the year.
One thing that will not be released along with the update of the “whisper in the walls” is Gauss Prime Access, which will now be released somewhere in January 2024.
Digital Extreme also provided updated information about Warframe Mobile. Closed IOS beta version will end on November 30, so that the developer team can focus on full start (planned for the next year). Meanwhile, Android players now have the opportunity to pre -register in Warframe Mobile.
